The previous exhibition of Robin Nõgisto took place in the gallery more than four years ago. In that time, not much has changed in Robin’s dedication and diligence towards details, but new stories, characters, and details have emerged. Recognizable handwriting, which feels like a neon-colored giant wave, still contains unfamiliar details from an unusual environment. All this together forms a surreally gypsy-like pop world. The artist himself summarizes his exhibition with the following simplicity: “The sparkle and tears reflected in the artworks have collapsed into the embodiment of the author’s space-time. Traveling in darkness, passing time in emptiness, where the slowness of light falls into the spectrum of ideas and reasoning directly onto the retina.”
